With the theme of “cross-border interconnection and global communication”, this expo is based on building a cross-border e-commerce industry chain and comprehensive expo, with a scale of over 60,000m2, over 2,000 high standard booths, and three expo areas-cross-border product area, cross-border platform and integrated service provider area and cross-border import area (international area). The expo covers the entire cross-border e-commerce industrial chain, focusing on more than 50 national industrial belts and over 2,000 high-quality suppliers, and supporting 20 high-standard forums and conferences from nearly 20 exhibition halls from Shanxi, Shaanxi, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Jinjiang and Shishi. It is a professional cross-border e-commerce expo with the highest specifications, the greatest influence and the most complete industrial categories in China. The expo also received strong support from international organizations such as the China Commission of the European Union, the RCEP Industrial Cooperation Committee and the World Trade Center Association, as well as embassies and consulates in China, overseas economic and trade institutions and associations.

High standard cross-border cooperation in an international level. On the one hand, based on the international market, the expo echoed the 10th anniversary of the B&R Initiative, set up the “Kazakhstan Theme Hall” to display the special products from Kazakhstan, and held the promotion meeting of key cooperation parks between the two countries to help enterprises catch the development opportunities. “Charming Japan Hall” has been upgraded to “Japan Trade Hall”, and Japan External Trade Organization and Japan Chamber of Commerce in China are added as new supporting units, and well-known enterprises such as Matsushita Group and Toyota Tsusho will bring new business opportunities for Sino-Japanese cooperation; The expo set up the “BRICS Special Commodity Area” to give full play to the advantages of Xiamen as a “BRICS base” and promote the “BRICS+” cooperation. On the other hand, with a view of the international market, it will invite nearly 20 consulates general in Germany, the Philippines, Thailand and Singapore, as well as more than 100 international organizations such as the Japan External Trade Organization, the Korea Trade Association, the American International Business Council, the China-Britain Trade Association and the European Chamber of Commerce, so as to seek new international orders and opportunities for China brands.

Create a high-level environment for professional expo. This expo focuses on building an integrating “industrial belt”, “platform” and “service provider” to help create a better cross-border e-commerce environment and provide professional assistance for cross-border enterprises. There are three “ones”: one exhibition covers the whole country’s cross-border goods-from home textiles to outdoor products, from auto parts to building materials, all major categories of national cross-border products gather here; One exhibition links the global platforms-nearly 50 mainstream cross-border e-commerce platforms, such as Alibaba, Amazon, Wal-Mart and so on, will be here to assist enterprises; One covers all global cross-border service providers-from finance to logistics, from marketing to training, cross-border e-commerce service providers have supported China manufacture industry.

High-standard cross-border benchmark and the authoritative expo. The expo is an authoritative platform to serve the transformation of enterprises and promote the upgrading of industries. Focusing on three major sectors, namely, cross-border hotspots, industrial innovation and project docking, it discusses the high-quality development of industry with experts and scholars. The expo has exciting activities, such as the China-Japan Economic and Trade Exchange Matchmaking Meeting and the Cross-Border E-Commerce High-Quality Growth Forum. The expo also ushered in a series of “debuts”, such as Amazon’s cooperation with Xiamen Council for the Promotion of International Trade for the first time, the unveiling of Alibaba International Station’s new digital foreign trade speed plan, and AliExpress’s new business model and so on. Many platforms choose the expo as the starting place of important business, which reflects the further upgrading of its authority.

ICEIE is a national professional cross-border e-commerce expo approved by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and co-sponsored by the China International Chamber of Commerce and the local Council for the Promotion of International Trade. It will continue to upgrade to build a new cooperation platform for high-quality manufacturers, cross-border e-commerce sellers and service providers in China. Through the event, numerous enterprises got connected with the national characteristic industrial belt and linked the new global markets, and shared the development dividend of digital economy brought by cross-border e-commerce transformation and upgrading.
