NH GOVERNOR CHRIS SUNUNU WAS SUBPOENAED FOR ORDERING ILLEGAL ARRESTS

NH Governor Chris Sununu is to be subpoenaed to testify at the hearing of Terese (Grinnell) Bastarache regarding his involvement in the illegal arrest of (Grinnell) Bastarche and eight other NH citizens.

(Grinnell) Bastarache attended the Governor and Executive Council meeting on October 13, 2021, when the Executive Council voted to reject the Governor's request to receive two federal grants totaling $27 Million for the distribution and administration of the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine(s) and provide additional resources to support the on-going Immunization Information System (IIS) implementation (vaccine status tracking) of all NH residents. This grant had several conditions tied to it, one of which was to "Assist the US government in the implementation and enforcement of federal orders related to quarantine and isolation."

"As a Registered Nurse, I am keenly aware of the Patient's Bill of Rights, which provides safeguards for every patient's privacy, as well as their ability to control the type of medical care one receives" (Grinnell) Bastarache said.

Before the Executive Council meeting, (Grinnell) Bastarache was an influential and outspoken opponent of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 federal grants that Sununu coveted (exploited) for over two years. She was subsequently arrested for Disorderly Conduct during the October 13, 2021, Executive Council meeting, even though multiple videos show (Grinnell) Bastarache sat quietly throughout the meeting. The complaint alleges she "Recklessly uttered the word Amen."

Sununu's involvement in the arrests has raised significant concerns across New Hampshire.

The trial is scheduled to begin on June 27, 2023, at 8:30 AM at the Concord District Court, 32 Clinton Street, Concord, NH.

The public is encouraged to attend in support of (Grinnell) Bastarache.
