HAPS Alliance Establishes Advisory Board and Appoints Greg Ewert as First Member

The HAPS Alliance announced today the formation of its inaugural Advisory Board, a strategic initiative designed to accelerate the Alliance’s mission of connecting the unconnected and driving new opportunities for global economic growth. The newly formed Advisory Board will bring together the collective insights, experiences, and leadership of some of the world’s foremost thought leaders in the High Altitude Platform Station (HAPS) industry. In addition, the HAPS Alliance is proud to announce the appointment of its first Advisory Board member, Greg Ewert, Chief Commercial Officer & Managing Director North America, Stratospheric Platforms.

As the HAPS ecosystem continues to expand, the Advisory Board will play a pivotal role in providing high-level strategic guidance to the Alliance’s Board of Directors and Officers. This move is expected to help the HAPS Alliance address critical challenges and seize emerging opportunities in the rapidly evolving space of stratospheric communications.

Greg Ewert is a longstanding member of the HAPS Alliance and has served on its Board of Directors. He brings a wealth of experience in leadership and strategic vision, contributing valuable insights to the organization’s initiatives. He is widely recognized for his contributions to the development and commercialization of innovative stratospheric solutions.
