Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On July 31, 2014, we issued a press release announcing the results of our operations for the second quarter of 2014 (the “Press Release”). The Press Release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. Today we will hold an earnings conference call at 10:00 am Pacific Time (1:00 pm Eastern Time), which will be broadcast on our website www.supind.com. Further information regarding the earnings conference call and how to access the call is set forth in the Press Release, which is incorporated herein by reference.
