Item 8.01 Other Events
Lyle R. Knight, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Registrant, informed the
Registrant of his intention to retire in 2011. The Registrant will evaluate potential candidates
to replace Mr. Knight and expects to identify a successor by mid-year 2010.
