Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On June 24, 2010, Aircastle Limited announced that it signed a credit agreement for a $108
million pre-delivery payment financing commitment from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (“SMBC”)
with respect to six new Airbus A330-200 passenger aircraft scheduled for delivery on long-term
leases to South African Airways PTY LTD during 2011, as described in the press release attached as
Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by this reference.
