Attached is an English translation of the letter dated August 1, 2014 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires:

 
 
 

By letter dated August 1, 2014, the Company reported that it has sold to IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones S.A ("IRSA") a farm of approximately 1,058 ha located in Lujan, Province of Buenos Aires for a total amount of ARS 210,000,000 (approx USD 24,000 per hectare), which have been already payed.
 
This land, given its development stage and proximity to the City of Buenos Aires, has a high urbanistic potential. The sale to IRSA has the objective of a future real estate develpment.    
 
The Audit Commitee has no objections towards this transaction and its report is available to all shareholders' in the Company's Headquarters.
