On October 1, 2010, Invacare Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had commenced a cash tender offer and consent solicitation for any and all of the Company’s outstanding $146 million aggregate principal amount of 9 3/4% Senior Notes due 2015 (CUSIP No. 461203AB7). A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
