Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 15, 2016, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share to be paid on April 12, 2016 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2016.
A copy of the Company’s press statement announcing the quarterly dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
