Draft Letter of Offer
On October 17, 2017, the Company filed the (i) Draft Letter of Offer, (ii) Tender Form for equity shareholders holding equity shares in dematerialised form (“Tender Form - Dematerialised”), (iii) Tender Form for equity shareholders holding equity shares in physical form (“Tender Form - Physical”) and (iv) Securities Transfer Form relating to the Company’s buyback of its equity shares with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for its review and approval. The Draft Letter of Offer is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, the Tender Form - Dematerialised is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2, the Tender Form - Physical is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3 and the Securities Transfer Form is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.4.
