Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 7, 2016, Superior Industries International, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release regarding the results for the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year of 2015, which ended December 27, 2015 (the Press Release). A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
