On October 2, 2013, Mark Wolfson notified eGain Corporation (the Company”) that he would be retiring from the Board of Directors, effective at the time of the Company’s 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on November 8, 2013, and therefore would not stand for re-election. Dr. Wolfson has been a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since June 1998.
