Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On September 7, 2006, America’s Car-Mart, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the first fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2006. The press release contains certain financial, operating and other information for the period ended July 31, 2006. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
