G. WILLI-FOOD REPORTS THAT AT ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS HELD ON
AUGUST 30, 2012 ALL THE PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS WERE
APPROVED BY THE REQUISITE MAJORITY
 
G. Willi-Food International Ltd. (NASDAQ: WILC), a global food company specializing in the development, marketing and international distribution of kosher foods, reported today that at the Annual and Special General Meeting of Shareholders held on August 30, 2012, all of the proposed resolutions were approved by the requisite majority.
 
The Form 6-K is hereby incorporated by reference in the Registration Statements on Form F-3 (File No. 333-11848 and 333-138200) of the Registrant.
