CANCER (IARC) PUBLISHED A PRESS RELEASE
REGARDING THE CLASSIFICATION OF
RADIOFREQUENCY ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS AS
POSSIBLY CARCINOGENIC TO HUMANS
ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, June 1, 2011 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces that the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), which is part of the World Health Organization (WHO), published on May 31, 2011 a press release according to which it has classified radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans based on an increased risk for adverse health effects, associated with wireless phone use.

Partner has complied and is committed to continue to comply with the rules of the authorized governmental institutions with respect to the precautionary rules regarding the use of cellular telephones.
Partner refers its customers to the precautionary rules that have been recommended by the Ministry of Health, as may be amended from time to time.
