Other Information

 

On June 5, 2018, Ambow Education Holding Ltd. (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing that it has closed its previously announced underwritten public offering of 1,800,000 American Depository Shares (ADSs), each representing two (2) of its Class A Ordinary Shares, at US$4.25 per ADS. The Company received gross proceeds (before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering fees and expenses) of $7.65 million from the offering.

 

A copy of the press release announcing the closing of the Offering is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
