Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is a PowerPoint presentation that Professor Piotr Musialek will present on May 22, 2015, at the EuroPCR 2015 Conference held from May 19 to May 22, 2015, in Paris, France (the “EuroPCR Conference”), with respect to the results of InspireMD, Inc.’s CGuardTM Embolic Prevention System in PARADIGM (Prospective evaluation of All-comer peRcutaneous cArotiD revascularization In symptomatic and increased-risk asymptomatic carotid artery stenosis, using CGuard™ Mesh-covered embolic prevention stent system).
