Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 15, 2012, Joe T. Shockley, Jr., CFO, resigned to become CFO of Stillwater National Bank.
Effective immediately (November 15, 2012), Randy Foraker, EVP and Chief Risk Officer of BancFirst, has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Foraker has been an officer of the Company for over 25 years and has previously served in this role. He is 56 years old and since 2003 has served as EVP, Chief Risk Officer, and Assistant Secretary of both BancFirst Corporation and BancFirst, its principal subsidiary, and will continue to serve in these positions.
