Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 23, 2010, General Moly, Inc. issued a press release announcing a significant permitting milestone for the Mt. Hope project as well as updating the project’s water rights progress. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
