Xyratex Ltd Announces Renewal of Credit Facilities with HSBC

 

Havant, UK – On October 9, 2008, Xyratex renewed its credit agreement with HSBC Bank which was due to expire in December 2008. The terms of the agreements are broadly similar and provide total credit facilities of $55m, comprising of a 3 year revolving credit facility and a $25m overdraft facility.
