SAN FRANCISCO - Feb. 15, 2024 - PRLog -- The Editorial Freelancers Association will be at the San Francisco Writers Conference February 15 – 18. The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, across from the Ferry Building and next to the Embarcadero BART station.

The theme of the conference, which features more than one hundred presenters, is "Learn. Connect. Publish." Attendees can choose from more than 80 sessions featuring lectures, classes, and opportunities to connect with writers and professionals in the publishing field. The San Francisco Writers Conference is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation supporting writing-related charities such as the Children's Book Project, EveryLibrary, and Litquake.

Founded in 1970, the Editorial Freelancers Association is a national nonprofit professional organization with more than 3,000 members, including writers, editors, copy editors, proofreaders, indexers, translators and others who work in publishing, communications and related fields.

The EFA has garnered praise from publishing pros like Jane Friedman and Louise Harnby and is frequently listed as a valuable resource for authors on sites including Poets & Writers, BookBub, Publishers Weekly, Poynter, and the Chicago Manual of Style blog.
