The patient takes 3-4 minutes to complete the survey on their phone before their first appointment. Follow-up assessments are sent to patients remotely on a scheduled basis thereafter.
The OutcomeMD platform measures, tracks, and analyzes these patient-reported outcomes and notifies the provider immediately if the patient isn’t improving, which lets them adjust treatment in real-time.
