Berkshire Hathaway Has 30% Stake In Occidental Petroleum

As of March 10, 2023 Berkshire owned 28.9% of its common stock. As a result of subsequent purchases of Occidental’s common shares on March 13, 23 and 27, Berkshire’s stake is now 30.1%.
