State awards Pittsburgh $3 million for work on critical infrastructure projects

The state grant funding comes just days after city officials announced that the Schenley Park-spanning Charles Anderson Memorial Bridge would close for three years to undergo major repairs following the bridge's abrupt closure on Feb. 1.
