More than 120 membership professionals from the United States, Canada, EMEIA, and Asia-Pacific participated in the survey; key findings included:
- 47% increased overall membership levels
- 34% increased engagement
- 51% brought in more new members this year
- Increasing member engagement is the number 1 goal for the coming year
