$3M capital campaign aims to turn Fort Thomas icon into cultural center

It has been a telephone exchange building, a Woman’s Club and a theater. Now a group of supporters hopes that the building at North Fort Thomas and Highland avenues in Fort Thomas will become the Fort Thomas Cultural Arts Center.
