China expert warns death toll from Shanghai's lockdown will be 'far greater' than lives saved

Steve Mosher said on "Fox & Friends" that the rest of the world has realized that COVID-19 won't be eradicated but explained that China is locking down Shanghai to show the extent of the government's power to the rest of the country.
