Owners of Smack Shack, Gay 90's, others sue Minneapolis, Mayor Frey over vaccine mandate

Owners of several well-known restaurant and bars filed a lawsuit against the city of Minneapolis and Mayor Jacob Frey, in an effort to overturn the city's newest emergency regulations related to Covid-19.
