Dwight Hayter is an entrepreneur and business professional based out of Watrous, Saskatchewan. After completing his post-secondary education at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Dwight took a position at his father's well and exploration drilling company before venturing out on his own. At 31, he founded Dwight's Drilling and Geothermal, and under his leadership, the business quickly became the largest geothermal unit installer in Saskatchewan.
In late 2009, Dwight took over as CEO of his family's business Manitou Springs Resort and Mineral Spa - a popular tourist destination in his hometown of Watrous.
