HCA Healthcare and Brookdale Senior Living sell off large chunk of home health joint venture

A little more than two months after closing a $400 million deal to purchase a majority stake in Brookdale Health Care Services, HCA Healthcare Inc. is selling off nearly 50 hospice, home health and outpatient facilities that were part of the transaction.
