Cassidy Hoelscher named CEO of $31M Rehabilitation Institute of Southern Illinois, now under construction

She's led the 40-bed, $31 million inpatient rehab hospital, being built in Shiloh, that is a joint venture of St. Louis-based nonprofit health system BJC HealthCare and publicly held Encompass Health Corp.
