R.F. Ohl, a local Lehighton, PA HVAC and fuel delivery company announced that it has acquired D & D Fuels, a home heating oil delivery company. The purchase will better serve the needs of D & D Fuels customers in Carbon County, PA and surrounding areas.
Denny Ruch, the former owner of D & D Fuels, commented to his customer base, "I’ve known the Ohl family many years and want you to know that you can count on being given all of the same personal service you received from me in the past."
Mr. Ruch had an unfortunate accident that prompted his decision to retire from the oil delivery business. One of his oil trucks was involved in a single truck accident where his truck rolled and landed upside down. Luckily, no one was seriously injured.
R.F. Ohl has been the exclusive oil provider to D & D Fuels for over 20 years. Steve Ohl said, "We are helping Denny and his family through this difficult time. A portion of every gallon that D & D Fuels customers purchase from R.F. Ohl will be paid to Denny to help him through his financial difficulties."
