UPDATE 3-ICC tribunal dismisses Conoco's $1.5 billion claim against PDVSA

The International Chamber of Commerce's arbitration tribunal has dismissed U.S. oil company ConocoPhillips' $1.5 billion claim against Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA, according to a copy of the ruling seen by Reuters on Friday.
