The Board of Directors of UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share on the company’s common stock representing a 15.4% increase. The dividend is payable July 1, 2019 to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2019.

This dividend increase represents confidence in our future outlook. UGI has increased its dividend significantly above the stated target rate of 4% annually five times since 2004. The increased dividend will bring our payout ratio towards the upper end of our stated range of 35% to 45%.”
