Here's how the Kauffman Foundation's new pilot will boost capital for underserved entrepreneurs

The Kauffman Foundation has committed $3 million to a pilot program that will boost available capital for underserved entrepreneurs across the U.S. The nonprofit's new Capital Access Lab will award $250,000 to $1 million in at-risk capital to three to five investment funds.
