A: It is a natural morale boost for the employees of Lionsgate scaffolding to be recognized for their hard work and diligence in the industry. We truly look forward to the additional exposure the CCA will provide to our company in the coming years.

Q: What are the "core values" of your organization?

A: We are dedicated to maintaining high standards of safe work practice, pride in construction, and supporting customer success on all levels of our business.

Q: How do you keep up with the trends in your industry?

A: The construction industry can become very stagnant, so I try to be forward thinking and evolve my approach to projects with an open mind. It provides a creative aspect to my work and elevates our jobs to be more competitive in the industry by thinking outside of the box.

Q: What is the next priority for your business?

A: We hope for continued growth in a potentially slowing economy, Vancouver has been very fortunate to have had a steady boom in construction for many years. So it is important we maintain the quality of work and expand to meet to new project needs, ensuring we can also succeed when times are tough.

Q: What makes your business unique in the market?

A: We have younger minds involved within the company, and we allow the business to adopt new ideas and innovate our approach to suit the times.

Q: Does your company use social media? If so, how had it changed your business?

A: We do not currently use any form of social media, and rely on repeat customers or word of mouth to grow our companies clientele
