Q: What does being a Consumer Choice Award Winner mean to you? How did winning the Consumer Choice Award impact your business?

A: We are thrilled to be awarded the CCA for 2019 for Cosmetic Dentistry! Winning this award has allowed us to offer our patients the best care using the latest technology in a convenient relaxed setting.

Q: Does your company use social media? If so, how had it changed your business?

A: The use of social media has allowed us to reach a greater number of patients in need of dental care. New patients are able to connect with us online via messages and chats and we are able to reply to them instantly. We currently have patients that found us on social media, and travel many hours to come to see us for their dental care! You can find us on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and of course Google

Q: How do you keep up with the trends in your industry?

A: We are constantly attending courses and researching new products to ensure they are the best and most effective for our patients. We do clinical trials in the office to ensure the product works as it should, prior to using it on any of our patients.

Q: What is the next priority for your business?

A: We are so grateful to work in an amazing industry with a great team and great patients. Our next priority is to do more in our community for those struggling or in need of help. in 2018 we supported a local Elementary School and purchased warm jackets and winter boots for the kids in need, we hope to do the even more in 2019.

Q: Where do the great ideas come from in your organization? (Team decisions, management decision etc.)

A: The great decisions come from the entire team!

Q: What makes your business unique in the market?

A: We are able to offer all services under 1 roof! Our patients can have all the necessary treatment completed here without having to go to multiple offices for CT scans, root canals, sedation etc.
