New in-home ABA company providing autism treatment throughout the greater Sacramento Area

SACRAMENTO, CA, January 17, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Olive Branch Autism Services (OBAS) provides individuals of all ages with autism the ability to maximize their potential and improve their independence. We do this by working closely with the diagnosed and their families. Our in-home practice is guided by evidence-based assessment and treatment based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). At OBAS we are committed to providing high-quality behavioral services and we pride ourselves on a caring approach that focuses on the entire family. Prior to the onset of treatment our supervisor will discuss with you the information included in this policies and procedures handbook and will obtain consents, after they have been thoroughly explained. Services offered are as follows:

Community-Based Services

At OBAS we provide ABA services in a wide range of community locations. We accompany families into the community to provide necessary support and teaching to ensure their loved one with Autism can be as independent and as successful as possible. We provide a comprehensive community-focused assessment as part of the initial evaluation process to ensure we are focused on developing the most socially significant skills. Each individualized treatment plan that is developed includes goals that focus on successful community integration.

Behavior Technician Services

When a targeted approach is necessary, OBAS recommends our behavior technician services. Your loved one with Autism will work one-on-one with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in your home or in the community as needed. Hours within this program typically range from 10 to 40 hours per week and are based on the outcome of an individualized assessment.

Consultation Services

Sometimes intensive one-on-one support is not necessary yet families still struggle with managing behavior problems or continuing to help their loved one with Autism to develop necessary skills. When this is the case, OBAS provides direct support and consultation with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at home or in the community. Consultation Services with our experienced BCBA's can be highly flexable. Services are provided when and where you need them.
