The Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame (BASHOF), whose mission is to enshrine the great athletes of the region and to help unprivileged kids play sports, today announced the appointment of Henry Loubet to the BASHOF Board of Directors.

Henry Loubet is CEO of Bohemia Health, which was formed in February 2017. In this role, he partners with early and later stage healthcare organizations including health plans and health systems, physician groups and health technology to focus on strategy, innovation and business development.

Loubet is a national healthcare leader rooted in managed care and public companies. He is the former Western Region CEO of United Healthcare, where he was responsible for 1.6 million members across 10 western states from California to Colorado. Loubet served as President of Health Net where he led health plan growth to more than 750,000 members and $1 billion in revenue. He also served as President of Maxicare Health Plan and created and ran Valley Health Plan in Silicon Valley. Loubet was an executive at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and launched Valley Health Plan.

Loubet holds master's degrees from University of Pittsburgh and University of San Francisco.
