Ms. Conley has 20 years of combined credit risk, repurchase mitigation, property preservation, and alternative asset-disposition expertise across the mortgage lending and servicing sectors. Prior to joining The Collingwood Group, Ms. Conley was Principal of KAC Advisory, a consulting firm that specialized in provided de-risking strategies and process-optimization solutions within the distressed-property disposition and investor claims spaces.
Before she launched KAC Advisory, Ms. Conley was First Vice President of Investor Claims for Flagstar Bank, an $18 billion community bank with a servicing/sub-servicing platform of $104 billion. At Flagstar, she managed the full scope of the bank’s post-foreclosure teams, re-engineering cross-disciplinary claims functions, implementing complex asset-disposition strategies, and diminishing financial exposure.
Ms. Conley is a Certified Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the world’s largest anti-fraud organization and premier provider of anti-fraud education and training.
