UPDATE 3-Harris and L3 agree merger to become sixth-largest U.S. defense contractor

Military communication equipment providers Harris Corp and L3 Technologies Inc announced on Sunday an all-stock merger that will create the United States' sixth-largest defense contractor with a market value of $34 billion.
