Socially responsible investing has been around for years, but it has yet to really gain much traction in the ETF world. There are several dozen ETFs that fall under the ESG umbrella, but just one of them has more than $1 billion in assets. Enter Vanguard, which this week looks to establish its footing by launching two of the cheapest socially responsible funds in the marketplace.
