Cube Hydro takes dispute with NC regulators, Duke Energy to appeals court

Cube Hydro Partners wants the N.C. Court of Appeals to order state regulators to hear its complaint against Duke Energy for refusing to purchase power from small hydro electric dams Cube bought last year.
