Summit Semiconductor's initial public offering closed on July 26, 2018.
In a press release issued on July 27, 2018, Summit Semiconductor identified Alexander Capital as lead manager for its initial public offering. The transaction priced 2,400,000 shares of its common stock at $5.00 per share. Shares of Summit Semiconductor stock listed on Nasdaq on July 27, 2018 under the ticker "WISA". WISA shares traded 93,828 shares on its initial day of trading.
