Bunge Ltd. (NYSE: BG) has reportedly received an acquisition offer from Archer Daniels Midland Co. (NYSE: ADM). Shares of Bunge leaped $7.92 to close at $77.56 while Archer Daniels Midland stock added 48 cents to close at $40.96.
