Epica International Inc., the California-based advanced CT and robotics company, announced the appointment of Stefano Severini to the position of external advisor.
Mr. Severini will report to Epica International Inc. CEO, Frank D’Amelio, in support of existing and future company goals, with a particular focus on funding opportunities, financial oversight, and operational excellence. In addition, he will act as an advisor on all matters of Italian corporate management, marketplace trends, and long-term financing strategies.
Mr. Severini will be based primarily in Italy, where Epica International’s manufacturing and R&D operations are located. Mr. Severini will continue his day to day support of Epica’s industrial robotics, medical robotics, and imagery divisions. He has been actively involved with both of Epica’s Italian-based subsidiaries since 2013 and played an integral role in their merger with Epica International in 2015.
Through his private investment company, Mr. Severini has created and participated in numerous highly profitable financial transactions over the past twenty-five years. He completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of Pisa and also holds a master’s degree in business management. Mr. Severini obtained the title of official business consultant with the O.D.E.C., a national association overseen by the Italian Ministry of Justice in the province of Lucca, where he was born and currently resides.
