Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. (NYSE: ASX) and Siliconware Precision Industries (Nasdaq: SPIL) have received all antitrust approval for their merger. Shares of Advanced Semiconductor rose 76 cents to close at $7.07 while Siliconware Precision Industries stock added 42 cents to close at $8.36.
