Carrier Johnson + CULTURE Welcomes Craig Anderchak as Director of Interiors

Reflecting its considerable role in the building and design sectors, nationally recognized architecture firm Carrier Johnson + CULTURE has announced veteran interior designer Craig Anderchak, ASID, NCIDQ, has joined the firm in the role of Principal and Director of Interior Design. Known for his leadership and creative design skills, Anderchak is expected to make major contributions to expanding the interior design market for the firm.

With over 26 years of experience in the interior design industry, Anderchak has designed over 4.8 million square feet of space for over 65 clients, including law firms, Fortune 500 companies, healthcare insurers, real estate developers as well as digital and telecommunications giants.

"I endeavor to strengthen the reach, profitability and work of Carrier Johnson's Interiors practice by further developing opportunities in the corporate, education, hospitality, mixed-use, municipal and science/technology sectors," says Anderchak.

As Principal of Carrier Johnson's Interior Design studio, Anderchak is responsible for all interior design professionals in each of CJ+C's three offices. A registered Interior Designer with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from Florida State University, Anderchak is responsible for driving growth through cultivating client relationships, establishing new market opportunities, and providing leadership for Carrier Johnson's Interior Design studio, advancing the firm's reputation by expanding existing client relationships, developing new lines of work, and engaging with industry leaders.

"Craig is a respected member of the interior design community whose 26 years have given him a unique understanding of business-driven design concepts," says Ray Varela, President of Carrier Johnson + CULTURE. "He is the right choice to lead our Interior Design practice as we continue to reinforce our reputation as leaders in the industry."  Adds Varela, "Craig is a natural leader who is looking forward to making mentorship and guidance of our younger team members a priority."

Says Anderchak, "I am proud that Carrier Johnson + CULTURE has placed their trust in me as a leader within the firm. And I'm very pleased to be in a role that will afford me the opportunity to spend more time directly contributing my own design expertise. The staff here is really talented, and I'm learning a lot already about what makes Carrier Johnson + CULTURE the design powerhouse it has become."
