London Arthrosamid Knee Arthritis Injection To Improve Flexibility, Update

MSK Doctors (0330 001 0048), a private specialist clinic in London, has announced that it is the first clinic in the UK approved to provide a new minimally-invasive knee injection treatment, known as Arthrosamid.

Professor Paul Y. F. Lee, the founder of the MSK Doctors specialist clinic in London, has announced that Arthrosamid is now available to the general public as a long-term solution to the most common symptoms of Osteoarthritis (OA) in the knees.

More information about Arthrosamid, how it can help with OA knee pain and stiffness, and details about booking an appointment with a specialist can be found at https://www.professorlee.uk/post/arthrosamid-new-treatment-for-arthritis-prof-paul-lee

Arthrosamid is a new compound devised for treating OA knee pain and stiffness, using only a single, minimally invasive injection. While this may sound familiar to individuals who have been suffering from OA and may have received similar knee injections, Arthrosamid differs by using a non-biodegradable compound that has the potential to provide long-lasting relief.

Knee injections have a long and well-known history, but until recently, all treatments have used compounds easily absorbed by the body, making them non-viable as a long-term solution. Arthrosamid has been shown to last for up to two years, and possibly longer, while still being primarily made of water, with 2.5% being a cross-linked polyacrylamide backbone.

In clinical trials, this compound has shown that it can provide similar benefits to a traditional knee injection, by improving stability and flexibility through cushioning of the knee joint. However, while a traditional injection lasts for several weeks or perhaps months, Arthrosamid can last for up to several years, without any major side effects or health concerns.

Although this treatment is relatively new, it has been thoroughly tested in humans for over 20 years with no major complications. Prof. Paul Lee is one of the most experienced Arthrosamid specialists in the UK, and the first approved to provide Arthrosamid injections to patients.

MSK Doctors has helped to treat patients with varying levels of knee pain, stiffness, and physical activity. These include leading Harley Street GPs, as well as at least one Olympic athlete.

While some side effects may be possible, research shows that the most common issues are both temporary and minor, such as itchiness, swelling, or redness at the injection site, which fades within a few days. Interested individuals can book a consultation to learn more, with no referral required and no waiting list.
