TX Easy-To-Install Ground-Mount Solar Rack For Commercial Projects Available

Nuance Energy Group Inc (+1-877-537-2221) has announced its height-adjustable Osprey PowerRACK® line for Texan solar contractors working on commercial projects.

The patented ground-mounted solar racking system, which is now available for large-scale projects in the “Lone Star State”, offers faster installation times thanks to the rack's specially engineered easy-install design.

Previously, commercial projects meant tight deadlines were inevitable; creating costly time pressures to complete site prep, obtaining geotechnical surveys, and relying on outside contractors for heavy machinery. With Nuance Energy’s Osprey PowerRACK® line, however, there is no need for drilling, leveling, or concrete foundations. This significantly cuts project time to less than 60 minutes per rack and saves labor costs to the tune of $0.12 per watt.

The secret to this faster installation time is the easy-to-install system with height adjustable legs, which comes as standard with the Osprey PowerRACK® OPR LTE and OPR MAX models. Each rack can be installed by a three-person crew, using only standard handheld power tools.

Nuance Energy’s power adjustable legs reduce site prep and grading requirements, as they are designed to accommodate the uneven terrain prevalent across Texas. Each support can be independently set to a height in the range of 24 to 51 inches using a combination of a base-level hex head bolt and top-level actuator bolt system. This not only allows for the ground-mounted racking system to set the optimal angle for solar panel sun-capture but also creates a level finish over sloped or rugged landscaping.

The Osprey PowerRACK® is safely secured using Nuance Energy’s patented earth anchor technology. This system will benefit Texan commercial solar contractors, saving time and money, because it does not need to be pre-drilled and can be load tested on site using the company’s proprietary Osprey PowerJackTM, the team explains.

"We’ve designed our system to adapt to various terrains... from flat residential lawns to challenging commercial landscapes," explained Tommy Boguess, speaking on behalf of Nuance Energy Group. "Our Earth Anchor System allows for nimble, fast deployment, making it easy for installers to scale up quickly and tackle multiple projects without being constrained by the need for heavy machinery."

Texan solar contractors interested in using the easy-to-install Osprey PowerRACK® for their commercial projects are advised to contact Nuance Energy at https://nuanceenergy.com/markets/commercial
